RN - ICU - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care - Nights Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, collect health data, and coordinate individualized care plans to ensure safe, effective, and timely interventions. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members both verbally and in writing. Educate patients and families based on assessed needs and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Successful completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or BSN), current Illinois nursing license, and CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Strong communication skills, ability to assess patient needs, and commitment to professional growth are essential. Key Duties: Providing comprehensive patient care, ensuring adherence to care protocols, participating in quality improvement, and maintaining professional competence.
