RN - ICU - Night Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on night shifts. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care through assessments, care coordination, and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide patient and family education tailored to specific needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Adhere to current nursing standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR certification.

Schedule
