RN - ICU - Night Shift

Position: RN - ICU Location: Highland Park, IL Type: Full-time, 36 hours/week Hours: Night shift, 7pm-7:30am, rotating weekends Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populationsUtilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient careEnsure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality standardsAssume responsibility, accountability, and authority for patient outcomesSupervise and guide unlicensed nursing staffContribute to safety and enhance patient experience Qualifications & Skills Current IL Nursing License requiredBSN degree preferredBLS/CPR certification requiredMinimum 1-year hospital nursing experience preferred Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered nursing care, lead team members, and uphold clinical standards to promote safety, quality, and positive patient outcomes.
