Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive critical care in the ICU, including patient assessment and monitoring
- Administer advanced treatments and operate life-support equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety
- Document interventions and interpret hemodynamic monitoring
- Educate patients and families
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
- Maintain proficiency through ongoing training
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- At least one year of ICU experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Preferred certifications: CCRN, TNCC, and NIHSS
Skills
