About the role

Provides critical care in the intensive care unit, assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, operating advanced life support equipment, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient safety and comfort
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring
• Document interventions
• Educate patients and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements

• At least one year of ICU experience
• Valid RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Demonstrated interpersonal, motor, sensory, and mental skills essential for high-acuity environments
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and technical skills
• Physical endurance and ability to work effectively under pressure

Qualifications

• CCRN and other certifications are preferred
