About the role

Provide critical care to ICU patients, including assessing, monitoring, administering treatments, operating life-support equipment, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage advanced hemodynamic monitoring
• Ensure patient safety
• Document interventions
• Educate patients and families

Requirements

• At least one year of recent ICU experience
• Valid RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Qualifications

Strong critical thinking, communication, technical skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Candidates should demonstrate interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.

• Preferred credentials: CCRN, TNCC, NIHSS
