About the role
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive critical care in high-acuity settings.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor critically ill patients
- Operate life-support equipment
- Administer advanced treatments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
Requirements
- At least one year of ICU experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Qualifications (Preferred)
- CCRN certification
- TNCC certification
- NIHSS certification
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Technical proficiency in ICU procedures and equipment
- Physical and sensory skills required for patient care
- Ability to work under pressure in high-stress environments
