Travel ICU RN

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive critical care to ICU patients, including assessment, monitoring, and advanced treatments.
• Operate life-support equipment and interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring.
• Administer medications, ensure patient safety, and address physical and emotional needs.
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses, maintaining compliance with standards.
• Educate patients and families about treatments and recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Recent ICU experience and valid RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; CCRN and other certifications preferred.
• Critical thinking, excellent communication, physical stamina, and technical proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-acuity settings.
