About the role
The role involves providing specialized patient care in the ICU and floating to other critical care floors such as Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Emergency Department (ED) Hold, Medical Oncology (excluding active chemotherapy administration), and Surgical Care Medical Surgical (MS) floors.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized patient care in the ICU and other critical care units
- Floater to other critical care floors such as PCU, ED Hold, Medical Oncology, and MS
- Work a 12-hour day shift from 6:45 am to 7:15 pm
- Commit to a 48-hour weekly schedule
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Dysrhythmia testing
- Cerner experience preferred
- 0 years of experience
- Current immunizations
- Compliance with orientation process
Qualifications
- Must have own vehicle due to lack of public transportation
- Orientation sessions are held biweekly

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
