Travel ICU Registered Nurse - $2,400 per week

Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care, located in Portland, Maine. This position involves floating across multiple ICU units within the facility, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute hospital environment. The role requires flexibility, clinical expertise, and a focus on excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Care responsibilities include sedated, intubated, and pressor patients, but not high complexity patients requiring CRRT. The nurse should exhibit focus on outstanding patient care, team communication, and personal drive for excellence.

Requirements

• 3 years of ICU experience
• Current RN licensure
• Acute care hospital experience

Preferred experience includes ICU settings such as Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, or CTICU. Candidate must be willing to float to various ICU units, including SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, and CICU.

Skills

Clinical expertise, excellent communication, and teamwork skills are required.

Schedule

Nights shift, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. 12 hour shifts.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
