Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of recent ICU experience (mandatory)
- Experience must include Neuro ICU or CVICU
- First-time travelers accepted only if they meet the experience requirement
- Level I Trauma experience preferred
Required Certifications
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- Patient Ratio: ICU: 1:1–1:2
- Patient Population: Level I trauma, Neuro surgery/craniotomy, Stroke (CVA), post-tPAS, sepsis, ARDS, COVID, DKAC, CRRT (preferred), Open heart (CABG/Valves), TAVRI, ABPImpella, ECMO, Vascular surgery, Post-op cardiac patients

Schedule
- Self-scheduling (manager balances)
- 3 weekend shifts every 4 weeks
- No scheduled call
- May be low-censused up to 3 times per contract

Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years recent ICU experience
- Neuro ICU or CVICU background
- Comfortable with trauma, ventilators, vasoactive drips, telemetry interpretation, and floating between ICU units
