About the Role
The RN Clinical Management Specialist collaborates with Home Health leadership to plan, coordinate, and deliver quality patient services. This hybrid role involves in-office training and clinical support at various Florida locations, requiring you to live near one of these sites.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess electronic medical records (EMR) workflows
- Support intake and admission decisions
- Facilitate virtual training for clinical staff
- Serve as interim Clinical Manager when needed
- Mentor new Clinical Managers
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Expertise with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system and OASIS
- At least 3 years of recent clinical experience in home health or related settings
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel regionally
