Travel Home Health RN Clinical Management Specialist

Role Overview

The RN Clinical Management Specialist collaborates with leadership to plan, coordinate, and deliver quality home health and hospice services. This hybrid role involves in-office training and clinical support across Florida locations, with travel to branches such as Orlando, Stuart, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Sebring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess electronic medical records (EMR) workflows, providing support as needed
• Support intake processes and admission decisions
• Facilitate virtual training for new or promoted Clinical Managers and Nurses
• Serve as interim Clinical Manager when vacant
• Mentor new Clinical Managers

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license in the resident state
• Expertise with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system and OASIS experience
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in home health or related settings within the past 5 years
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance
• Willingness to travel by car between regional offices
