Travel Home Health RN Clinical Management Specialist
Role Overview
The RN Clinical Management Specialist collaborates with Home Health and Hospice leadership to plan, coordinate, and deliver quality patient services. This regional resource provides interim clinical leadership, training, and support across multiple locations in Florida, requiring in-office training and clinical assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess electronic medical records (EMR) workflows, providing support as needed
- Assist with intake processes and admission decisions
- Facilitate virtual training for new or promoted Clinical Managers and Nurses
- Serve as interim Clinical Manager when the position is vacant
- Mentor newly appointed Clinical Managers
Qualifications & Skills
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the resident state
- Expertise in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system and Oasis experience
- At least 3 years of clinical experience within the past 5 years in home health, home care, or health facilities
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance for regional travel

This role involves weekly travel between branches in Orlando, Stuart, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Sebring, FL.
