Travel Home Health RN Clinical Management Specialist

About the Role

This hybrid role involves in-office training and clinical support at various Florida locations, with weekly travel to branches in Orlando, Stuart, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Sebring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess electronic medical records (EMR) workflows, providing assistance as needed
• Support intake processes and admission decisions
• Facilitate virtual training for new, rehired, or promoted Clinical Managers and Nurses
• Serve as interim Clinical Manager when needed
• Mentor new Clinical Managers

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of residence
• Expertise in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system and OASIS experience
• Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience in home health, home care, or health facilities
• Valid driver’s license with automobile insurance
• Willingness to travel between regional offices
