Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess electronic medical records (EMR) workflows
• Support intake processes and admission decisions
• Facilitate virtual training for new and promoted Clinical Managers and Nurses
• Serve as interim Clinical Manager when needed
• Mentor new Clinical Managers

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license in the state of residence
• Proven expertise with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system and OASIS
• Minimum three years of recent clinical experience in home health or related settings
• Valid driver’s license with insurance for regional travel
