Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Current California Physical Therapy License.
• At least one year of experience as a Home Health Physical Therapist.
• Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Capable of performing 5 weighted visits per day, typically serving 4-5 patients per day.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Knowledge of home health care protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
