Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $3,420 per week

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Spokane Valley, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Knowledgeable in home health care protocols and standards
• Experience with manual muscle testing and gait analysis

Pay
