Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Wailuku, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document all treatments and patient progress in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Hawaii.
• At least one year of experience in Home Health Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing processes.

Benefits
