About the role
Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document all treatments and patient progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Hawaii.
- At least one year of recent relevant experience in home health physical therapy.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in computer software, including electronic health records systems.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in physical therapy.

Pay
