About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position starting on July 13, 2026, in Lakeport, California.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients in a home health setting
- Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
- Provide education to patients and families on managing their condition
Requirements
- Current CA PT License
- At least 1 year of experience as a Home Health PT
- Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance
- BLS certification preferred
- Capable of performing 5 weighted visits per day, treating 4-5 patients per day
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Current CPR certification
