About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 18, 2026, in Anchorage, Alaska.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alaska.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in home health or related field.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Pay
The pay package is based on 9-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
Schedule
9 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
