American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Walla Walla, Washington. This position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a pay range of $2,613.20 - $2,743.86/week.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes as a PT
- Conduct skilled nursing visits and perform assessments
- Create and manage individualized care plans
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a PT
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Willingness to obtain state licensure

- No travel stipend available
