Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,820 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Catskill, New York.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment
• Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, benefits, and housing expenses.
