Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,800 per week

About the role

American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lacey, Washington. This position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and starts immediately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes
• Conduct skilled nursing visits and perform assessments
• Create and manage individualized care plans
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a PT
• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Willingness to obtain state licensure

Pay range: $2,449.80 - $2,572.29 weekly
