American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes, providing skilled PT services.
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in Home Health.
- Valid Physical Therapist license.
- Willingness to obtain Pennsylvania state licensure.
