About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes
- Treatment of a variety of conditions under the supervision of a licensed physician
- Document patient progress using Epic EMR
Requirements
- 1 year of skilled home health experience
- Active Occupational Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred)
Skills
- Skilled in providing physical therapy services in home settings
- Familiarity with Epic EMR
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,800.00
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
