About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position in Hood River, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in home health settings.
- Chart patient progress using EPIC (preferred).
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
- ASAP start date.
Requirements
- 1 year of skilled home health experience.
Qualifications
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Skills
- Skilled in providing physical therapy services in home health settings.
- Proficient in charting patient progress using EPIC.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
