Job Description

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health experience required
- First-time travelers not accepted
- Oasis experience required (please note if traveler does not have Oasis)
- CBC primary series plus one booster required
- No weekends, no call, no floating
- Block scheduling not available
- Pending license accepted
- RTO subject to manager approval
- Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
- Required Certifications: BCLS
Productivity Expectation
Up to 30 points

- Coverage area includes Medford, OR and surrounding communities

Pay and Benefits
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
