Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,609 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Gearhart, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon.
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Skills

• Knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Experience with manual therapy techniques and modalities.
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to accommodate different patient populations.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
