Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,608 per week
VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a contract position in Griffin, Georgia.

Responsibilities
- Perform clinical assessments to identify patient needs and appropriateness of care.
- Document, review, and complete a Plan of Care (POC), progress notes, and clinical records, revising based on ongoing assessment data.
- Plan and provide treatment for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders based on referrals and assessments.
- Assist and instruct patients and families in transfer techniques and the use of equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, canes, braces, and prosthetic devices.
- Educate patients and families regarding therapeutic procedures tailored to age, condition, culture, and readiness.
- Oversee other team members in patient care activities appropriate to patient needs.
- Apply infection control and universal precautions to prevent contamination and transmission of disease.
- Accept clinical assignments aligned with education and competence.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current State License as a Physical Therapist.
- Proof of current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
Schedule
- Duration: 13 weeks (12 weeks initially stated, subject to confirmation).
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
- Start Date: ASAP.

Pay
Pay Range: $2,495.60 - $2,620.38 per week (based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
