American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 13-week travel contract in the Saginaw/Tawas, MI area serving a geriatric patient population.

Responsibilities

• Timely documentation and clear communication as core expectations of the role
• Shift: Days, 5x8hrs

• Mileage reimbursement at the IRS standard rate

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent home health physical therapy experience
• OASIS experience required
• HCHB EMR experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Valid PT license required if applicable
• Flexible with travel territory coverage

Qualifications

• Professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Skills

• Experience with EMR systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
