About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 25, 2026, in Redding, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Perform physical therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assess patients' conditions and develop treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in California
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in a home health setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
