Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,580 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Chelsea, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting.
• Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift schedule.
• Assist clients in achieving their physical therapy goals under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Document progress and communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least one year of recent relevant experience in Home Health or related field.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN or proof of eligibility to sit for the exam.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems.
• Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards.

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
