CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Melbourne, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
• Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
• Perform physical therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida
• At least 1 year of experience in home health or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
