Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,580 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 7, 2026, in Anchorage, Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
• Treat patients with a variety of medical conditions under the supervision of a physician
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alaska
• At least one year of recent relevant experience in home health or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
• Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards
• Ability to adapt to different patient needs and environments

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the company.
