Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,580 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 12, 2026, in Keene, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
• Assist clients in improving their physical function and mobility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and caregivers

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in home health or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems
