As a Physical Therapist in Home Health, you will provide personalized therapy to patients in their homes, focusing on rehabilitation and improving their quality of life. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with therapy protocols. Requirements
- Oasis charting system experience required
- 1 year of Skilled Home Health Experience required
- BCLS certification required
About the Role
This role offers a supportive team environment with resources for success, no weekend requirements, ensuring work-life balance, and 1:1 patient care with potential visits up to 6 per day.
Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
