Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,560 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Olympia, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• At least 1 year of recent relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Knowledgeable in home health care procedures and regulations
