About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Louisville, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ year preferred
- License: KY license required
- BLS Certification: Required
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
