About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Huntington, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- 1 year full-time PT Home Health experience within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of West Virginia.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Skills

Pay
- Pay rate range: $49.50 - $58.50 per hour.
- Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Pay package includes a tax-free stipend.
Schedule
- 40 hours per week.
- 8-hour shifts.
