About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Morgan City, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- At least 1 year full-time PT Home Health experience within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Louisiana.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Comprehensive knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Pay
- Pay rate range: $49.50 - $58.50 per hour.
- Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.

Schedule
