About the role
The client is willing to train a PT and needs coverage in Fairfield County.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Adhere to treatment plans and progress patient care
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in home health setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

- Strong clinical skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
