About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Elko, Nevada.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Assist patients with physical therapy exercises and treatments
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Proficient in using medical software and equipment
- Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards
- Ability to adapt to different patient needs and environments

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
