About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 11, 2026, in Salina, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kansas.
- At least one year of experience in home health physical therapy.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems.
- Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards.
- Ability to adapt to various patient care situations.
