Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,460 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a location in Lexington, KY.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Kentucky.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic medical records systems.
• Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards.
• Ability to adapt to different patient populations and environments.

Pay
