CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Dover, Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
• Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
• Assist patients with physical therapy treatments and exercises
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Delaware
• At least 1 year of experience in Home Health Physical Therapy
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using medical software and equipment

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management and organization skills
• Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards

Pay
