Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,460 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Springfield, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
• Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift schedule
• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and treatments
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care activities and outcomes

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in Home Health or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment
• Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards
• Ability to adapt to different patient needs and environments

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
