Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,460 per week

About the role

Join a traveler-friendly Home Health team serving the area surrounding Salem, OR. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist looking for a rewarding travel assignment with guaranteed hours, federal mileage reimbursement, and the support of an experienced clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
• Current BLS certification (if required by the client)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for patient visits

Qualifications

• Previous Home Health experience is preferred
• Strong clinical background may be considered for training

Skills

• Strong time management and independent clinical decision-making skills
