Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,330 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 12, 2026, in Lewisburg, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans based on patient progress
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate care
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in West Virginia
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in home health
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-PN or NCLEX-RN
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy preferred
• Experience with home health equipment and techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation
